Welcome to the F.A.Q page!
We hope your experience with the PST Sports handicappers will or has been a pleasant one. Q: How does the Guaranteed Picks system works?
A: When a handicapper releases a pick, that pick must win or you will receive a refund back to your account. At this point, you can purchase another pick with that refund, or request a refund back to your credit card.
If a Handicapper releases more than 1 pick in their pick package, then that package must show a profit, or you will receive a refund. Please read the entire handicappers write up before purchasing their picks, so you understand what they are guaranteeing.
*Note: Nevertheless, any picks you buy, must show a profit or you will receive a refund back, either it’s a single pick or a group of picks put in a package.
Q: If a pick ties or pushes, do I receive a refund back from the pick I bought?
A: Yes, a tie/push is considered a lost and you will receive a refund.
Q: How do I get started to buy picks?
A: You first need to create a players account, once you’ve created an account, you can start buying picks. Click on the “SIGN UP” link in the left side menu to get started.
Q: I’ve bought picks, but can’t see them?
A: Once you’ve purchased picks, click on the “Picks I bought” link in the left hand menu, the handicappers selections will show up on this page.
Q: I see the pick, but not the write up?
A: Once you’re on the “Picks I bought” page, click on the “Click here for write up analysis...” link. A pop-up browser will appear with the pick(s) and the handicappers write up.
Q: How do I know when a pick has been refunded to my account?
A: Once our staff grades the pick(s), which is normally done the next day of the purchase or when the game has been played the day before; you will see a message at the top of your account that says “Cash in the Bank: $xx.xx”.
Q: The picks I bought lost, how can I get my refund back?
A: After our staff grades the handicapper’s picks, if you have “cash in your bank” account, click on the “Refund to my CC” and fill out the form. Once you’ve requested the refund, our customer service team will credit back your credit card.
*Note: Refund to my CC, “CC” stands for Credit Card.
Q: I would like to be notified when a handicapper releases their picks?
A: There’s nothing worst then waiting all day for a handicapper to release their winning picks, therefore, click on the “Notify Me” link in the left menu. Once your selected handicapper(s) has released their pick(s), you will receive an email stating your favorite handicapper(s) has released todays or this week’s selection(s). Keep an active email in your profile account, as it’s important your email address is working. Check your BULK or SPAM folder in some cases, as it’s not unusual that an email from sports handicapping services get labeled as spam.
Q: How can I see if handicapper is good?
A: Each pick the PST Cappers release is tracked and kept on file for public viewing. If you click on a sports handicappers name in the left hand menu, you will see a link at the top of the next page that says “Previous Picks”. You can view the last 100 picks of that handicapper.
Q: How can I tell if a handicapper is on a hot streak?
A: In the left hand menu, we’ve listed all the handicappers names, click on a specific handicapper, then click on “hot streak” at the top of the next page of that handicapper you are reviewing.
*NOTE: The records you see above indicate the single and multi-pick packages win and lost records along with the winning percentage and the net profit of those combined picks for each sports.
For example: If a sports handicapper released a single pick on Seattle +7.0 (NBA) and it won, it will show a record of 1-0 for +2.0 units. If a handicapper released a 3 game multi-pick package in the NFL and the picks went 2-1 for a net profit of +1.80 units, it will show a record of 1-0 for +1.80 units, because the "pick pack" won and no refunds was needed. The Streaks page tracks winning single and multi-pick packages to show our members the winning "picks and pick packs" to give you a better understanding on how the picks and pick packs are doing. To see the Handicappers previous picks and to track their individual records, select the "Previous Picks" links.
We rate our picks as folllow:
Regular Pick = 2 units
Top Pick = 3 units
Q: Do you have sports betting articles from the handicappers on your site?
A: Yes, if you click on the name of any of the handicappers in the left hand menu, you will see at the top of the next page, a link called “articles”. Here you will find all the sports betting articles released from that handicappers.
Q: I’m interested in buying handicappers weekly, monthly or season package. Do you offer subscription rates for handicappers?
A: Yes. But, the handicappers are contract workers at the PST and each handicapper has their own set of rules when offering their rates. Some handicappers prefer to set daily rates, as other handicappers will provide a weekly, monthly or season fee for their selections.
